All non-EU applicants who are not exempt must pay the Bachelor Admission Application Fee. If you are unsure whether or not you may be exempt, you can check on the International Applicants  page. 

The fee is a deposit which only will be reimbursed to applicants who are admitted to the programme. If you are not admitted or do not fulfil the entry requirements to the programme, the fee will not be reimbursed.

The Bachelor Admission Application Fee costs 150 EURO 
The fee is 150 EURO per applicant, per admission year. 

You must pay by 15 March at 12.00 noon, CET
If you do not pay, or you do not upload documentation showing that you are exempt from payment, by the 15 March at 12.00 noon, CET, deadline, your application will not be processed. 

Applicants who are exempt must not pay the Application Fee
Do not pay the application fee if one of the following apply to you:
•    You are an EU/EEA/Swiss citizen
•    You have a valid residence permit that exempts you (Dansh or Nordic)
•    You have, or will have, a Danish entry exam (upper secondary level)

The reimbursement process
CBS reimburses anyone who pays the Application Fee by mistake, or who is accepted and still enrolled in their study programme as an active student by 1 October.

Applicants who paid the Application Fee by mistake, will receive a reimbursement during the spring/summer.

Applicants who are accepted and still enrolled as an active student on 1 October 2025, will receive further information regarding reimbursement during the autumn.

Terms and Conditions
The Standard Terms and Conditions relating to the checkbox do not apply in relation to the processing of the Bachelor Admission Application Fee.  They are a technicality, which is necessary for the use of the registration system and must be checked off to proceed. The terms and conditions described on this application page apply for the processing of your application.
